Fort De Soto Park, St Pete, Clearwater Florida, has been named America’s best family beach by US “Parents” magazine. According to the periodical, parents rated the beach on water quality, restroom facilities, safety, as well as other amenities. Parents were particularly impressed with the natural sandbar which creates a lagoon type pool for young children.
