Pink Gin Short Stirred Gin Drink

You will need for one glass:

1 dash Angostura bitters
5 tablespoons Ice cold water
2 tablespoonst gin

1 Put the dash of bitters into a sour glass.
2 Swill the liquid around the glass until it spreads along the sides.
3 Add the gin, followed by the ice cold water and serve.
