Dubonnet Cocktail

For one glass you will need:

5-6 Ice cubes
1.5 – 2 tablespoons gin
1.5 – 2 tablespoons Dubonnet
1 slice fresh lemon rind

1 Pour the ice cubes into a glass jug.
2 Pour the Dubonnet and gin over the ice.
3 Stir vigorously, without splashing.
4 Strain and pour into a chilled martini glass.
5 Twist the fresh lemon rind over the mixture, drop it in and serve.
