Gin Perfect Dry Martini Cocktail

You will need for a single glass:

5-6 ice cubes
2 tablespoons sweet Italian vermouth
2 tablespoons dry French vermouth
5-6 tablespoons gin
1 slice fresh lemon rind

1 Put the ice cubes into a glass jug.
2 Pour the vermouths and gin over the ice.
3 Stir (dont shake) vigorously and evenly without splashing.
4 Rub the lemon rind gently around the rim of a chilled martini glass.
5 Strain and pour the mixture into the glass.
6 Twist the lemon rind over the drink and drop it into the glass.
