For one glass you will need:
4 – 5 ice cubes
2 drops Angostura bitters
juice of one fresh lemon
1.5 – 2 tablespoons kirsch
about 1 teaspoon port
5 – 6 tablespoons gin
1 Put the ice cubes into a cocktail shaker.
2 Pour the lemon juice, kirsch and gin over the ice.
3 Dash the bitters into the mixture.
4 Shake until frost forms, strain and pour into a sour glass.
5 Top with the port and serve.
