You will need for 1 glass:
6 – 8 ice cubes
3 drops Angostura bitters
juice of half a fresh lemon
juice of half a fresh orange
1 slice fresh orange
1 slice fresh lemon
1 maraschino cherry
2 tablespoons cherry brandy (optional)
5 – 6 tablespoons gin
soda water
1 Put 4 – 5 ice cubes into a cocktail shaker.
2 Add the fruit juices, cherry brandy and gin.
3 Put the bitters over the mixture.
4 Shake the mixture until a frost forms.
S Put 2 fresh ice cubes into a collins glass.
6 Pour mixture without straining into glass.
7 Garnish with the slices of fruit.
8 Drop in the cherry.
9 Top with soda water and serve.
