You will need for 1 glass:
4-5 Ice cubes
1.5-2 tablespoons sweet Italian vermouth
2 drops A ngostura bitters
3-4 tablespoons gin
3 drops Pernod
1.5-2 tablespoons dry French vermouth
1 Put the ice cubes into a glass jug.
2 Put the Angostura bitters over the ice.
3 Add the Pernod, the vermouths and gin.
4 Stir vigorously, without splashing, strain and pour into a chilled martini glass.
