You will need for 1 glass:
4-5 Ice cubes
2 drops Angostura bitters
Juice of one fresh lime
3 drops Pernod
1.5-2 tablespoons dry French vermouth
3-4 tablespoons gin
1 Put the ice cubes into a glass jug.
2 Pour in the lime juice.
3 Put the Pernod and the bitters over the ice.
4 Add the vermouth and gin.
S Stir vigorously, without splashing, strain and pour into a chilled martini glass.
