You will need for 1 glass:
4 – 5 ice cubes
1 tablespoon dry French vermouth
1.5 – 2 tablespoons pineapple juice
1.5 – 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
5 – 6 tablespoons gin
1 Put the ice cubes into a cocktail shaker.
2 Pour the fruit juices, vermouth and gin over the ice.
3 Shake until a frost forms.
4 Strain and pour into a sour glass.
